Cancellation Policy

Payment & Cancellation Policy **Deposit & Remaining Balance** A $100 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance, as specified in your booking confirmation, must be paid on the day of the tour prior to departure. Please note that a 13% service charge, required by Costa Rican law, is not included in the listed price and will be added to the remaining balance, payable on the day of your tour. **Booking Window** Tours can be booked up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Last-minute bookings may be accepted depending on schedule and weather conditions. **Free Cancellation** You may cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour and receive a full refund of your deposit. **Late Cancellation & No-Show** Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable, and the $100 deposit will be retained. **Weather & Sea Conditions** Your safety is our top priority. If we must cancel a tour due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you will have the option to reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund of your deposit. Additional Terms **Arrival Time** Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or cancellation without refund if the boat must depart on schedule. **Safety & Captain Authority** The captain has full authority to modify the itinerary, shorten, or cancel a tour if necessary due to weather, sea conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. **Children** Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the tour. **Guest Responsibility** Guests are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior may compromise the safety of the tour. **Personal Belongings** We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the tour. **Minimum Participation** Certain tours may require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, we may reschedule the tour or provide a full refund of your deposit. **Liability Waiver** Participation in activities such as snorkeling or swimming is voluntary and undertaken at the guest’s own risk. Guests may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to departure.
